OmgLive User Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to OmgLive, developed by the OmgLive Team of CLBOM LLC. These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions that govern your use of the OmgLive mobile application and its related services. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the app.

2. Eligibility

OmgLive is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older, or who meet the legal age requirement for digital services in their country of residence. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

To access all features of OmgLive, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated.

c. Account Termination  

OmgLive reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms or illegal activities.

4. User Conduct

a. Prohibited Activities  

By using OmgLive, you agree to follow all applicable laws and refrain from:

• Engaging in illegal activities or violating the platform’s rules.

• Posting content that is offensive, defamatory, or obscene.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

• Sending spam or unsolicited advertising.

• Interfering with the app’s operation or infrastructure.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts.

b. User Content  

You are responsible for any content you submit through OmgLive. By submitting content, you grant OmgLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with the app.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership  

OmgLive and its original content, features, and functionalities are the exclusive property of OmgLive and its licensors. All rights are protected under intellectual property laws.

b. License  

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use OmgLive for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

c. Restrictions  

Without express permission, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.

• Distribute, resell, or transfer the app or any part of it.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.

OmgLive may contain links to third-party services or websites. We do not control or endorse these external services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimers  

OmgLive is provided "as is" and "as available," with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

b. Limitation of Liability  

OmgLive, its affiliates, and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, server issues, or errors.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OmgLive, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or update the app and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
